Services

Three engagements. Pick the one that fits.

Every business is at a different point with social. Some need a one-time strategy and a calendar. Some need a system and a trained team. Some need Karen to just run it. Engagements are designed to switch as the business grows.

01

Strategy session

A focused engagement, written deliverable, no retainer.

Best for

Solo founders, owners doing it themselves, or teams that need a reset.

What’s included

  • A 30-minute discovery call to understand the business and the goal.
  • An audit of your current channel(s) — what's working, what isn't, what to drop.
  • Written brand-voice and positioning notes anyone on your team can use.
  • A 90-day content calendar with concrete post types, frequency, and platform fit.
  • One follow-up call to walk through the deliverable.

Outcome

You leave with a strategy you can hand to anyone — a freelancer, an in-house hire, or yourself — and run for the next quarter.

02

Done-with-you content system

Karen builds the system; your team runs it.

Best for

In-house marketing or admin staff who can post but lack a strategy and rhythm.

What’s included

  • Full strategy & audit (everything in 01).
  • A written voice and tone guide your team can quote from.
  • Repeatable content templates and pillars so writing isn't from scratch every week.
  • A scheduled cadence and assignment plan that fits the team's actual capacity.
  • Two training sessions for whoever will be operating it.
  • Monthly office-hours call so the system keeps adapting as you learn.

Outcome

The work stays inside the company, the strategy doesn't sit in a drawer, and Karen is on call to course-correct.

03

Done-for-you operation

Karen runs the channel.

Best for

Owners who don't have time, don't want to hire, and want it handled.

What’s included

  • Full strategy & system (everything in 01 and 02).
  • Weekly content writing and scheduling on the platforms that fit the business.
  • Inbox monitoring and reply-handling within agreed-upon hours.
  • A short weekly note on what's working and what's next.
  • A one-page monthly report with the metrics that actually map to your goal.
  • Quarterly strategy review to keep the work tied to the business.

Outcome

You stay in your business. The channel runs steadily without your daily attention.

Pricing

Quoted per engagement, never per hour.

Karen quotes a flat fee or a flat monthly retainer based on scope, not hours. After the discovery call you’ll get a written proposal with the price, the deliverables, and the timeline before any commitment.
